The only ones I ever read were a friends. Not sure I ever owned a single one nor would my mother have approved of me purchasing any. I completely understand.

The downside for me was that I didn't really learn how to sort through the objectionable element as a teenager. Then again, God put us under our parents for a reason. :-)

Spider-Man, for one of them. Scenes where Mary Jane appears to Peter in her nightgown and takes it off. Like that. And also Fantastic Four. They have swearing and other stuff my mom would not approve of. There are many i have not named.

My parents don't let me check out any of those books because of a fear that i am not able to protect myself against it. They have me mixed up with someone else.

Sorry about that.

Thanks. I've just had to put yet another book down due to the objectionable elements. So, I'm out of materials to write reviews on at the moment. Hopefully soon though.

So far, only one Artemis Fowl has been made into a graphic novel; but that's because they're making it into a movie, so the possibilities are endless if its really successful on the big screen (we'll see).

PS, Matt, my next reveiw is about a book I had to write a paper on, and I'm waiting for my grade on said paper before completing the reveiw (trust me, its a good reason). Should get it tomorrow, so...
